"The driver was late on our trip from Knutsford to Manchester Airport.He did call while he was en route to say he was running late. We'd left plenty of contingency so that wasn't a problem. The driver had not been informed about our luggage requirements which we had described on the enquiry form. It was a bit of a squeeze getting everything in but the driver was very helpful in making it all work. The driver was very courteous and friendly. Our return trip was fine. The driver arrived on time and we had less luggage so we had no problems at all."

"Driver did not meet me at Gatwick arrival and did not ring me. I rang taxi company and they contacted him and he arrived after 15 minutes. He said he tried to ring me but it turned out he used an incorrect number. The return trip from Greenwich to Gatwick was very good. Driver arrived on time and rang me. "
